Synergy Senior Management's Willowbrook Hills community in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a dependable Concierge to greet residents, families and visitors, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming front desk. This part-time role includes weekends 9am-5:30pm and shifts may vary, with emphasis on safety, organization and warm customer service.

You will coordinate with care staff, manage mail and deliveries, and respond calmly in emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with seniors, including memory impairment.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, phone systems).
• Reliable and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor building entry/exit and security at the front desk.
• Assist with resident requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Communicate with care staff regarding resident needs or concerns.
• Maintain front desk organization and presentable lobby area.
• Respond calmly in urgent or emergency situations.
