Job summary

Leisure Living - Springvale Assisted Living in Michigan is seeking a Part-time Hospitality Specialist to warmly welcome residents, guests, staff and vendors. The role offers 3-4 days per week with shifts 8am-4pm, 4pm-8pm, or 10:30am-7pm, at $14 per hour, with daily pay available.

Responsibilities include answering doors and phones, cleaning and disinfecting common areas, supporting Life Enrichment activities, and fostering positive relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office in Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer main entry door and follow screening protocols.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Clean and disinfect main common area daily.
• Sanitize entry ways and touch surfaces.
• Assist Life Enrichment with visits and activities.
• Support resident engagement initiatives.
• Maintain front porch appearance and environment.
• Promote positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
