Job summary

The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking an Evening/Weekend Supervisor to help create a welcoming environment for members and guests while coordinating with the Facilities team to maintain safe, clean, and functional YMCA spaces.

This role emphasizes safety, emergency response readiness, and seamless communication with full‑time staff and leadership during evenings and weekends at our YMCA facilities.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Background in facility management preferred.
• Knowledge of large mechanical systems or trade work preferred.
• Experience with power tools preferred.
• Ability to analyze and respond to safety and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evenings and weekends, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
• Collaborate with Facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper function of YMCA property and systems.
• Serve as a liaison between evening/weekend operations and full‑time staff and leadership.
