Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience in the same position.
• Prior experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and document information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living skills training and support to residents.
• Maintain progress notes, shift checklists, and required documentation.
• Transport and accompany clients to medical, recreational, and community activities.
• Administer medications as directed and follow MAP regulations where applicable.
• Develop positive relationships with guardians, families, and stakeholders.
