You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, or in person, document interactions in our CRM, process orders and updates, and collaborate with internal teams to solve problems quickly. Weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

• The position is for second shift 2-10pm and requires working on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
