Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. in Burr Ridge/Collinsville, IL seeks a Dispatch Solutions Representative for nights and weekends. You will handle inbound calls, dispatch field technicians, and document resolutions with a strong focus on customer service.

The role requires 2–3 years of dispatch or call center experience, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, and excellent communication. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of dispatch or call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive high-volume inbound calls and open cases to track issues.
• Dispatch service calls to Technicians and track status.
• Escalate complex issues to technical staff as needed.
• Coordinate logistics across regions and maintain logs.
• Ensure technicians document hours and accept dispatched jobs.
