Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with home, mobile, internet, or service inquiries.
• Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and close sales.
• Identify retention opportunities and upsell value-added products.
• Record and update customer information in CRM tools and maintain call logs.
• Provide basic troubleshooting or guidance related to products, accounts, or billing.
