Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Preferred experience working with Ticketmaster or other ticketing systems and basic office equipment.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to the general public from the box office using the ticketing system (Ticketmaster).
• Assist guests at the will call window and resolve issues.
• Create a safe, clean, and friendly experience for all guests.
• Familiarize self with venue layouts and event details.
• Answer questions about events, tickets, and schedules.
• Balance monies at end of shift with supervisor.
• Follow all box office policies and procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and manage lines to keep traffic moving.
