Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a part-time Box Office – Ticket Seller at the Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. The role is union, hourly, starting at $19.00 per hour. You will sell tickets via Ticketmaster, assist guests, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Flexible hours include weekends and evenings. Candidates should be reliable, fluent in English, and comfortable handling money and guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED; preferred.
• Preferred experience with Ticketmaster or similar system.
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Positive attitude and adherence to policies.
• Excellent organizational and written/spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to the public from the box office via Ticketmaster.
• Assist guests at the box office and call window, resolving issues.
• Create an exceptional guest experience in a safe, clean environment.
• Balance monies at shift end with supervisor.
• Answer questions about events, tickets, and schedules.
• Greet guests with a friendly greeting and assist with directions.
