RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team that keeps customer products moving safely, accurately and on time. You will set a positive tone on the floor, emphasizing safety, quality and productivity while developing the associates who make it possible.

You will plan labor, manage daily workloads, and ensure orders are fulfilled and documented per RJW standards, collaborating with Customer Solutions and other supervisors for a smooth shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team with high safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance standards.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in high-volume, deadline-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
