Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support distribution services in the US. This role focuses on transportation verification, warehouse data entry, and ensuring accurate movement of products and fleet assets.

You will handle documentation, track inventory movement, and assist with exception resolution, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Pay is $23.50 per hour, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
