Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Senior Warehouse Associate to support our distribution services in the US. The role involves processing warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and on-time order fulfillment.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered and the shift runs Sunday 1:00 PM to finish and Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM to finish. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant warehouse experience; CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or a related field.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
