Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its distribution services in the US, with duties including receiving, picking, staging orders, and inventory control. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills; familiarity with RF devices and forklifts is a plus.

Overtime may be required, and a sign-on bonus is offered. Shift is Sunday through Thursday starting at 5am until finish, with pay up to $26.05 per hour plus opportunities for incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English to compare product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cooperation with others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of DC workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Ability to train and assist associates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies or defects.
• Stock shelves and ensure items are in designated areas.
• May use RF devices to assist in picking or packing stock.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and ensure quantities match customer specifications.
• Enter orders, returns, and data in the computer system.
• Inspect returned items and restock accordingly.
• Complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory procedures and training of new associates.
