Job summary

Cencora in the United States is hiring for a warehouse role supporting distribution services. The position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay of $22.44 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.34 through incentives, including shift differentials and bonuses.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00 AM. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, cycle counting, equipment use, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.
• Safe material handling and use of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment—stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Daily cycle counting and discrepancy research.
• Use warehouse equipment to track and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies/damages.
