Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activity, supervise personnel, and drive on-time production goals. You will balance labor, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure equipment is used efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, conduct shift reviews, implement process improvements, and partner with leaders to meet safety and performance standards. Strong WMS and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1-5 years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel to match skills to tasks.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Coaches and develops personnel performance and conducts reviews.
• Manages timekeeping records and supports safety programs.
