Job summary

NFI Industries in United States is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse functions, supervise personnel, and drive achievement of daily production goals. You will develop shipping/receiving schedules, supervise staffing, ensure safe operations, manage equipment, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and performance across shifts.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or 1–5 years supervisory experience, familiarity with Manhattan WMS, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
High School Diploma required.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA regulations preferred; willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel and assigns tasks by skill.
Supervises inbound and outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports; reviews productivity requirements.
Balancing labor and staffing with management to meet objectives.
Coaches and develops staff; maintains performance records.
Ensures safety programs and OSHA compliance; maintains a safe work environment.
