Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a hands-on team leader for its Ship Center. You’ll supervise a group of associates, communicate daily goals, monitor performance, and coach for safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

The role is hourly, with a start at $21.00 per hour, Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus experience with RF devices and WMS, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution.
• Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.
• Experience with RF devices and basic math; familiarity with WMS or equipment is a plus.
