You will manage appointments, patient records, payments, and cooperate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth operations. Previous clinic front-desk experience preferred; a caring, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary receptionist or clinic experience preferred.
• Availability to work 3pm–12am, including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency with practice management software (V-Tech/Avimark/Cornerstone).
• Strong multitasking and communication in a high-volume environment.
• Calm, compassionate when handling emergencies.
• Basic veterinary terminology understanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and pets during evening hours with warmth.
• Answer multi-line phones, triage, and direct urgent inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records in software.
• Process payments and end-of-shift transactions.
• Coordinate with veterinarians/technicians for smooth flow.
• Educate clients on post-visit care and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby.
