Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in‑person and phone customer service, even in high‑stress situations.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address client concerns.
• Assist with medication pickups and provide information on services and products.
• Input data in practice software and handle basic billing tasks.
• Support retail activities, weigh pets, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day accounting tasks.
