Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards using hand and power tools according to drawings/diagrams.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Identify missing components and follow established procedures.
• Support process improvements and conduct root cause analysis when issues arise.
• Perform quality inspections and identify nonconforming parts.
• Cross-train for other roles as needed.
