Job summary

Eaton Corporation is looking for a SWBD - Wiring Associate in Sumter, South Carolina, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am. The hourly pay ranges from $19.24 - $24.05, including a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

The Wiring Associate will be responsible for wiring switchboard products, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards. Ideal candidates should have at least 6 months of wiring experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months wiring experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wire switchboard products and provide wiring expertise.
• Maintain expected job progress and communicate issues.
• Perform visual inspections for quality control.
