Job summary

Eaton Group is hiring an Assembler III - Digital Related for the El Paso, TX area. The role focuses on assembling switchboards using instruction drawings and a variety of hand and power tools, with attention to housekeeping and safety procedures.

Shift runs 7:00am-3:45pm. Base pay is $19.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, plus eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Company offers health and retirement benefits and tuition assistance, among other programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year switchboard manufacturing experience OR 2 Assembler II certifications.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards from oral/written instructions and drawings.
• Use tools (impact gun, sidewinder, drill) for assembly.
• Handle materials per procedures and maintain 5S discipline.
• Monitor progress and communicate shortages or issues.
• Work as part of a team or independently with urgency.
