Food Lion in Martinsville, VA is seeking a Store Manager – Evening to oversee all store operations during the evening shift, make decisions impacting staff, merchandise quality and customer service, and ensure security, safety and food safety standards are consistently met.

You will hire, train and develop associates, drive performance, manage budgets and assets, maximize sales through service, and ensure compliance with policies while leading a team across departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across tasks.
• Ability to lead and manage associates across departments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for job functions.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation or willingness to achieve within 90 days.
