Job summary

Food Lion in Clinton, SC is seeking a Store Manager for the evening shift to oversee all facets of store operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure product quality and customer service. You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling, monitor safety and food safety standards, and drive budgeted results while upholding Food Lion's guiding principles.

You will analyze store metrics, use corporate tools (ACIS, CAI Scheduling/CAO), and coach teams to deliver fast, friendly service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Department Manager or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and physical requirements.
• Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
