Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse shipping operations on the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday-Friday). Responsible for coordinating shipments, truck loading/unloading, and accurate records while driving P&L results.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and solid Microsoft Office skills. You will ensure safety, achieve KPIs, and support cross-department collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping supervision or similar experience.
• Able to lead and motivate a team.
• Record keeping and compliance with shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee loading/unloading and maintain shipping records.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure productivity and safety.
• Meet daily KPIs and provide accurate reporting of shipping activity.
• Coordinate third-party pickups and curbside logistics as needed.
