Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping operations and warehouse workflows.
• Coordinate shipments, manage truck loading/unloading, and records.
• Lead a team, provide guidance, and ensure safety compliance.
• Support P&L forecasting, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Train and motivate staff; resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure accurate shipment of orders, including hazardous material if needed.
• Schedule third-party pickups/drop-offs and liaise with customers.
