CTDI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tasks, on-time delivery, and compliance with policies. The role focuses on optimizing workflow, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining safety standards.

The candidate should have 2+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments, strong data analysis skills, and familiarity with WMS and UKG/Kronos systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume production or distribution environment.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Support budget management, labor planning, and scheduling.
• Enforce policies and drive process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote on-time delivery.
• Provide escalation support and coaching to warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver accurate performance reporting.
