Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri) to coordinate and lead production teams in a high-volume environment. You will ensure targets are met, maintain quality standards, and drive P&L results while managing shift performance and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes workforce planning, incident-free operations, and effective communication with management and customers to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume production.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembly, quality control, or packaging.
• Schedule and assign tasks; troubleshoot issues; implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet/surpass daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Plan workforce and forecast manpower to meet goals.
• Lead shift transitions with clear information for the next shift.
