Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations and ensure quality products; respond to customer concerns and build brand loyalty.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate staffing, train for performance, ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Contribute to sales goals through prompt, friendly service and training.
• Manage cash handling, inventory levels, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
