Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking an RN to promote residents' health and wellbeing by collaborating with the providers, interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

The RN will deliver physical and psychosocial support to residents and families. We offer part-time day and evening shifts with compensation of $41.00–$44.00 per hour plus shift differential, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland
• Minimum 6 months RN experience
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing holistic care
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act
• Promote independence by teaching residents/family about condition and self-care
• Monitor residents' clinical and care status and respond to changes
