Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time day and evening shifts in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour, with shift differentials based on experience.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice.
• Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic plan of care with the team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
