Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for part-time day and evening shifts in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings. The RN promotes resident health by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and providing physical and psychosocial support.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour, plus shift differential for evening hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)

Competenze

• Must have an active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or those with cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required; basic computer skills needed; EMR experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote residents’ independence by teaching care plans and self-care skills.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
