Qualifications

• Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan/schedule work, assign tasks, track productivity, and run shift/shop meetings.
• Labor management: manage and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: maintain shop appearance, tooling, equipment, and inventory.
• Quality management: ensure repair quality and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Financial management: manage costs, payroll, PO approvals, and billing processes.
