Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Ops Supervisor to assist the Ops Manager with shift operations and personnel. You will supervise technicians and coordinators, balance safety, quality, and asset targets, and drive performance against location metrics.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years experience in maintenance ops. may substitute.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years experience in maintenance ops. may substitute.
• Maintenance/Technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management including planning, scheduling, and assigning work to technicians.
• Labor management: training and development of personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain relationships, issue resolution, vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: maintain location, shop standards, tooling, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Quality management: inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audits.
• Financial management: manage costs, payroll, POs, invoicing, and billing processes.
