Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Wisconsin to lead restaurant shifts, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, directing a team of Team Members to deliver high-quality service and efficient operations.

The role requires 1-2 years of quick service experience, flexible availability for evenings and weekends, and commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Complete cash control procedures and inventory tasks.
• Motivate and coach Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and shift plans.
• Direct efficient and accurate product preparation and delivery during shifts.
• Review shift results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
