Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Team Captain to lead shifts and guide Crew Members in delivering excellent guest service. You will help guests meet fitness goals and ensure smooth store operations by managing shifts, performance standards, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as team captain, setting pace and standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to crew members.
• Ensure proper labeling and adherence to food safety standards.
• Monitor speed of service, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist guests at the POS with upselling, voiding, or refunds.
