Smoothie King in Round Rock, TX is hiring Team Captains to lead shifts, guide Crew Members, and ensure smooth, friendly store operations. You’ll set the pace and standards, run shift huddles, manage scheduling, and uphold product quality and food safety.

You will also model professionalism, delegate tasks, and mentor teammates to meet daily goals. Applicants should have at least 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail setting and prior leadership at school or work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example during shifts and set the pace and standards for the team.
• Create and deliver a shift huddle at the start of all shifts to communicate goals.
• Ensure proper positioning of duties and roles to maintain efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Crew Members and hold them accountable for tasks.
• Manage labor hours, scheduling adjustments, and adherence to food safety standards.
