Smoothie King is seeking a Team Captain to lead shifts, supervise Crew Members, and ensure smooth store operations. You will set pace and standards, run shift huddles, and coach the team while maintaining food safety and service quality.

You will coordinate with management to optimize labor and scheduling, assist at the POS, and uphold the Serve to Inspire culture through daily actions and feedback. Prior leadership and guest service experience are valued.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience at work or school organizations is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead shifts as team leader, setting pace and standards for the team.
• Deliver shift huddles at shift starts to communicate goals.
• Ensure proper positioning and clear roles for efficient operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Crew Members.
• Hold team members accountable for uniform and daily checklist tasks.
• Manage labor hours and scheduling adjustments to optimize service.
• Ensure items are labeled and meet food safety standards.
• Monitor adherence to operational standards and speed of service.
• Assist at POS with upselling, voids, or refunds.
• Deliver excellent guest service and promptly meet guest needs.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and promote the Serve to Inspire culture.
• Communicate significant issues to owner/manager; stay composed under pressure.
