Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in progress with state board enrollment.
• Continuing education credits and annual competency testing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, walking, ROM and range of motion exercises.
• Document resident interactions and vital signs.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage.
