Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CNA certification required/obtained within four months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, meals.
• Record vital signs and document care as required.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies and report changes to the charge nurse.
