Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmacy experience
• English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, duplications, interactions, overall effectiveness and safety.
• Document clinical activities and communicate cost savings and key information for follow-up by fellow pharmacists.
• Manage technicians and ensure accurate distribution of medications from IV/central pharmacy, audits of controlled substances.
