Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking an Evening Server (PM) for Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen inside The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. You will deliver memorable dining experiences with attentive service and high-quality food presentation in a warm setting.

Ideal candidates have hospitality/food service experience, a guest-focused demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset. Possession of POS knowledge and OpenTable experience is a plus; ServSafe is beneficial. Competitive benefits support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred).
• Experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
