CMC Corporation seeks an engaging Restaurant General Manager for IL Falo Wood Fire Kitchen inside the Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. You will lead both kitchen and front-of-house operations, driving service quality and financial performance.

You will collaborate with the executive chef, manage staffing, training, and budgeting, and foster a guest-centered, sales-driven environment. Eligible candidates bring leadership, initiative, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualificações

• Minimum associate degree, plus four years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years Restaurant General Management experience.
• Experience with OpenTable and Micros required.
• Experience in a modern casual Italian restaurant is a plus.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong work ethic with leadership and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations and ensure standards and policies are enforced, including food safety.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores for restaurant experience.
• Collaborate with executive chef on menu design and promotions to attract target customers.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs and monitor budgets to stay within limits.
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and counsel team members.
• Coordinate cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Lead daily huddles and promote a sales-minded restaurant culture.
