Qualifications

• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and clean record for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy guidelines.
• Ensure safety and crisis management on client site.
