Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a single shift for an assigned client, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate between site supervisors, account managers, and officers, coaching, recognizing performance, and applying policy within approved guidelines. The role requires 1+ years of supervision and security experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history may be required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
