Job summary

Allied Universal in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and ensure high-quality service for the client. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and coordinate with the Account Manager to meet security standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, clean driving record, and ability to handle crisis situations with strong communication skills. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving history as specified.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for site-specific wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary action within policy.
• Maintain logs and reports and ensure client satisfaction.
