Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to lead a security team on the 2PM-10PM shift, Monday through Friday, at our client site in Pennsylvania. You will oversee officers, ensure post orders are followed, and coordinate with account management.

This role requires at least one year of security experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Training, incident response, and reporting are key duties, with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security experience and valid credentials.
• Proven ability to supervise a team and coordinate shift operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel on assigned shift and coordinate tasks.
• Conduct daily briefings with the team.
• Respond to security incidents and notify authorities/clients.
• Monitor security systems and CCTV; perform regular patrols.
• Ensure post orders are followed and complete reports.
• Train new security staff and maintain records.
