Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Pittsburgh. The role oversees a shift, coordinating security staff and services at a customer site, and liaises with managers to ensure quality delivery.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of security/supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Weekly pay, uniforms provided, and paid training offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor and account/field operations managers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
