Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Shift Supervisor in Pittsburgh, PA to oversee a shift for Parking Authority clients. The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year driving, and a clean driving record, with a 3:00PM–11:00PM schedule on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Requires valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Ensure quality service delivery on the assigned shift.
