Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in St. Peters, Missouri.

You will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift, acting as a liaison between the site supervisor and account management, and ensuring professional security officers perform their duties to protect people and property on site. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver's license with driving experience and clean record where required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within policy.
